Whether you're going into delivery as a seasoned pro or a first time parent with no idea what to expect, you will learn something beneficial at each class!

Raven will lead a beginner and belly-friendly Prenatal Yoga class, then we will discuss how the poses can provide physical comfort during labor. Come ask questions and have open, honest conversations about pregnancy, labor, and everything that comes after! Our intention for this class is to also provide attendees with a supportive community of mothers/parents

Sliding scale option for the class cost, so pay what you can ($15, $20 or $25). If you plan to attend each class, you can pay ahead or in-person the day of class.

Class will be held in the studio at Yoga on Main, 122 E. Main Street in Elkin.
